Payment in full within thirty (30) days from date of invoice.
All goods remain the property of Allergy Buddy Pty Ltd until paid in full.

Prices are in Australian dollars and are correct at time of publication and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any printing errors. If an item is not available we will notify you and not invoice you until stock is available.

Returns and Credits

These are only accepted if authorised by us, the supplier, and are notified within seven (7) days of receipt of goods. Goods may only be returned by a carrier approved by us. If a shipment arrives with obvious damage to cartons, please note it on the freight bill or reject delivery.

Warranty

Goods are warranted against faulty materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage; nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use (i.e. zipper wear, fabric abrasion, etc.). In time, even an Allergy Buddy-Rapid Access Medical Panel will wear out!

Care and Maintenance

Ensure regular checks are undertaken to ensure all zippers, velcro, quick release buckles are in working order, and regularly check expiry dates of stored medicine. Ensure hooks are correctly screwed into wall surface.

IMPORTANT! Ensure display panel is kept out of reach of children (but in reach of carer/teacher as they must have easy access at all times).

Ensure you follow the Adrenaline (Epinephine) guide to care and storage.
(Adrenaline is light sensitive and should be stored in the tube provided. As the optimal temperature to store is at 25 °C do not place in fridge or leave in hot car / bus. Replace medicine BEFORE expiry date).

To clean inner pouch wipe with damp cloth.
